1. What this add-on does

Smart ERP Connector is a Google Sheets Editor Add-on that connects your spreadsheet to your own ERP API server. It reads data from your server and writes it into your Google Sheet.

2. Data we collect

We collect and store only what is necessary to operate the add-on:

• Your Google account email — used to identify you to your ERP server for role-based access control. Stored in Google Apps Script UserProperties, never sent to any third party.
• Your ERP API URL and API key — stored in Google Apps Script UserProperties on your account. Never transmitted anywhere except to the ERP server URL you provide.
• Spreadsheet data — rows fetched from your ERP server are written directly into your Google Sheet. We do not store, copy or transmit this data anywhere else.

3. Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect analytics, crash reports, usage telemetry, or any personally identifiable information beyond your Google email address. We do not sell or share any data with third parties.

4. Third-party services

The add-on communicates exclusively with the ERP API server URL you configure. No other third-party services receive your data.

5. Data retention

Settings (API URL, key, email) are stored in Google Apps Script UserProperties and can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the add-on or clearing the settings via the setup wizard.
